Privacy Policy

Short version

We don't ask you to sign up. We don't sell your data. We use a small number of cookies — only with your consent — to understand which destinations to add next.

Data controller

The data controller for Visa Panic is Hello. Please. Thank you. Ltd, registered in England & Wales. Contact: hello@visapanic.com.

What we collect

  • Essential server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp) kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
  • Analytics (only with consent). If you accept cookies, we record anonymised page views to see which countries people search for most. Lawful basis: your consent.
  • Email you send us. If you email hello@visapanic.com, we keep your message so we can reply. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

We do not collect passport numbers, travel documents, or payment information. Visa Panic doesn't process applications.

How long we keep it

Server logs: up to 30 days. Analytics: up to 14 months. Email correspondence: as long as needed to handle your query, then archived for up to 2 years.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted processors to run the site (hosting, email, and — if consented — analytics). They only process data on our instructions. We never sell personal data.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@visapanic.com.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

International transfers

Some processors may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
