Brunei's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Government of Canada say up to 90 days visa-free, but the Brunei High Commission in Ottawa lists 14 days. Confirm with Brunei's authorities before booking. Business visits: Brunei's foreign ministry says they need a visa, while Canada describes a short-business waiver — confirm before travel. Canada also says you need travel medical insurance for your whole stay; without it, Canada says a visa-free stay is only 2 weeks. You must register and be approved for the e-Arrival Card before arriving, and Canada says to complete the BruHealth arrival declaration up to 72 hours before arrival. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after departure.
