Iraq offers a visa on arrival or e-visa to UK citizens at Baghdad, Basra and Erbil airports. Governments advise against all travel to most of Iraq because of terrorism, armed conflict and kidnapping risk. The Kurdistan Region has slightly softer warnings but the same visa rules.
